"I find Kimberley’s salon to be very relaxing, the massage chairs whilst getting your hair washed are amazing. It has a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. I believe since starting her own salon Kimberley has done very well, it is extremely difficult to start up a new business and you will always have someone who is not happy with the result, together with others that walk out without paying for their service which makes it hard when in a small business... But if unhappy all the client needs to do is advise Kimberley herself, I know any issues would be rectified without issue immediately."
